Five energetic people dicieded to ride the very hilly ride called Shut Up Legs. We had clould mist for the first two hills and then it dried up and was clouldy for the rest of the ride which was appreciated because it was cooler for the climbs. There were no problems except my riding partners had to wait for me at the top of hills which I appreciated.  I would have had to ride alone. Thanks guys for keeping me company for the ride. Next Thursday, August 4, Gus and I will be attending the wedding of some friends and, in addition, the usual meeting place at the Minoa Fire Dep't parking lot is being used for a rabies vaccination clinic (pets only) so we are cancelling the ride. A great turn out with 44 members and 1 guest. Total miles ridden 5,152 ranging from 25 miles to 66 miles per rider. Interesting as the scheduled miles for this route were 31, 45 and 60. Thanks to Gail for notifying us about the bridge construction and Tom for working out the alternate detour to get back from Rt 37.
