As I mentioned last week, the venue for the Time Trial this week will be on the Lafayette Time Trial course that is used for the Syracuse Race weekend.   The layout of the course is simple.... starting from Rowland Rd. - ride up 11A for 5.1 miles, make a right on to Solvay Rd, half mile later, make a right on to Tully Farms road and fly the remaining 5 miles downhill!!!   The course has a net altitude loss of 100 ft.  The weather is supposed to be cloudy, 75 degrees,  9 mph NW wind. The directio ...Continue Reading
