The New start for Apple Stix ride (45 Miles) is 10 AM Dunkin Donuts Farrell Rd and John Glen due to activities at Long Branch. Weather is 100% rain for Liverpool BUT the areas the ride goes through has cloudy, no rain till 3 PM. There is only one course mapped and its 45 miles rolling. A great cool rain free last Wednesday night turn out with 21 members and 0 guest. Total miles ridden 534 shared between the two maps of 25 and 33 One mechanical (broken pedal axle). Beautiful sunset and view of approaching full moon (See it on Friday!) We ended the ride tailgating with crocks of pulled pork and chili, brownies and cookies! Walk-Bike New York Symposium... This is being held at the Crown Plaza Hotel on Tues/Wed Sept 13 and 14. I was surprised to not see any OCC members in attendance on Tue 9/13. Maybe you were there, and I don't know you. Only two people rode their bikes (me and the director of Rochester Cycling Alliance from Rochester staying in Camillus).
