The 8 members who attacked the Finger Lakes Alps today pedaled a total of 383 miles, individually climbed 3345 feet for the 50 mile ride, sweat a lot in high humidity, got drenched midway through the ride in a downpour, but were able to dry off during the last leg. That’s right, that’s right Aug 6. I am a bit behind. We once again had a great day for our 19th annual ride, eat, swim event. Hard to believe that we have been doing this for that long and have only had 2 days of rain. Anyway we had 31 riders that rode 2167 miles, ate 50lb of pulled pork, 95 hot dogs, 67 vegie burgers, 82 burgers, various salads and a mountain of desert.
