Unfortunately the forecast has degraded since yesterday.   There are currently rain showers on the TT course.   The chance of showers is about 65% until 8pm.  I'll pop up to the course around 5:30pm to see if the remnants of "Debbie" have moved a bit south of the TT course. There was one mishap a broken rear derailer cable at about 7 miles out. Glad it happened then so the ride back was short. No other mishaps were reported.
