Just a short amendment regarding incidents on this ride. THere was one rider who broke the rear derailleur cable, forcing a return home in a large gear. Here's a shout out to change the shifter cables on a regular basis. T'was an exceptional time for a bike rideSunny warm and mostly flat roads affording for a fast and pleasant ride17 riders did 28 mile route each except for one doing 34 towards Weedportand a few riding to the startOnly mishaps was one disassociated bike pump and one cell phone lacking chargeNo one took a paper map so club members have been pushing electrons instead or firing those neuronsSo come out next Wed for excellent 25 mile and 2200 ft of climbingEdWas surprised that there were cookies leftI did say last come ...Continue Reading
