I wanted to let everyone know about a couple of big events we have coming up:

Annual Fall Century/Charity Ride - Saturday September 9th,2017

Our annual fall century is Saturday September 9th, with 100,63, 37 and 20 mile ride options available.  We start at Carpenters Brook Fish Hatchery and finish the ride with a great picnic & BBQ.  $35/person.

Salt City Cyclocross Spectacular!

October 21st and 22nd the OCC and BonkWerx Coaching host out annual cyclocross race! (See the attached race flyer)  This is always a huge amount of fun with two days of mud, sweat and racing.  Even if you're not racing, we encourage all of the OCC membership to grab their cow bells and head to Long Branch Park to cheer everyone on. More Cowbell!!

Registration is open on BikeReg,  and for those who have never raced but would like to give it a try,we have beginner fields first thing in the morning on both days.  If you don't have a cyclocross bike, reserve one of the JayBird CX bikes with Bike Loft East.

We will also be looking for a few volunteers to help set-up the course on Oct 19th and 20th.
