Hi all - we are adding an official club ride on Labor Day morning.  The ride will start at 9:00 a.m. from Marcellus Park, and it will be the Marowaskaoti Tour. Sunday's ride is a nice 50/70 mile route through Madison County.  Forecast calls for rain but we all know how reliable CNY forecasts can be, so I will be at the ride starting point (Caz HS) as scheduled.  Alternate 40 and 48 mile routes will be available - these routes follow the general path of the 50 mile route.  However, they avoid all of Rt. 13 and most of Rt. 80 and instead go through some interesting (and low traffic) side country.  All routes have 3 or more climbs.   If you plan on doing ...Continue Reading

Well, I predicted PRs and that's what we got!   I guess the riders may have had something to do with it, so I can't take all of the credit.10 TTers showed up to take advantage of the SE breeze - one newby to the Chit TT course - welcome George!  There were three PRs set and the rest were all close.The fastest rider was Erika Z who disemboweled the course with a sizzling 24:05 (24.91 mph). I am the ride leader for Friday's ride. The weather is shaping up beautifully, temps in the low 60s, mostly sunny, winds at about 10 MPH out of the NW. Saturday's ride is out of Lysander Town Park - 8439 Smokey Hollow Rd, Baldwinsville.  It is north of B'ville on Smokey Hollow Rd. From B'ville take 48 out of town and turn right at the Stewart's. The park is on left before the light at Hencle Blvd. From 690, where 690 ends at a light take a right on to Hencle Blvd. Then take a right on Smokey Hollow.
