To save you a few bucks we moved registration to our web page  Pre-register for the event hereIt’s been a great time for the last couple of years so why not do it again. Our June 3rd Club Ride is from Jamesville Beach and will do the IronMan 70.3 course with a picnic to follow.While this is an Ironman Warm-up, it is *_NOT_* a race.  There is a 22 mile option not to mention a bunch of our rides go by here, so makeup one of your own. Hi Everyone,Well, last night was a chilly one but it did not stop the folks who came out to ride at the Slow n Easy West ride.  We had 21 members and 2 guests come out for a total of 23 riders.  We had a choice of rides for everyone. Roland Pearson and Al Storrings lead an easy canal route ride while Mark Perrin of The Bikery and Dean Connery had a group that followed an easy paced road route.  Mike Lyon led a group on an intermediate level while Tom Hotaling and his “group” followed a faster paced r ...Continue Reading

Hi All,My neighbor, Pete,  is selling his Trek 5200. This bike has not been on ride for over 9 years. It has been stored in his garage. He told me it only has a couple of seasons on it. I can tell you, as I took the pictures, that the bike is in excellent condition and all original EXCEPT the rear wheel. He had issues with spoke breakage on the rear and the hub was ruined so he replaced it. He did not keep the original wheel.I believe this is a 2004 model, full Ultegra 9 speed/double drivetrain. Apparently I am the ride leader for Wednesday night out of Brewerton. I guess I have been too busy still drying out from Saturday's venture that I forgot what week or even the month we are in! Anyways I have not ridden the course but have been out that way and if the sun comes out and it stops raining it should be a decent section of rollers. There are two options and we start at 6pm.
