Perhaps it is just my sample, but I did a large organized ride in Lancaster, PA on Sunday and the average age of attendees looked to be in the 50s. Some of my family is going to drive up to Cape Vincent and take the ferry to Wolfe Island and bike from there into Kingston ON… we are looking for suggestions for bike routes/suggested stops in Kingston once there…   We are looking for around 30 miles total riding – so no more than 10 to 15 miles in Kingston…   I have done some searches on Ride With GPS but have not found much – I did find a great 70 mile ride that loops from Cape Vincent in Canada, then up the coast and back into the US and down back to Cape ...Continue Reading
