Hi Everyone,Today is Sunday and Tuesday is only a couple of days away.  Start thinking about coming out to ride the Slow ‘n Easy West ride  this coming Tuesday, August 21st, at 6:00 PM.  We’ll be riding from Reed Webster Park in Camillus on Warners Rd. I’ve decided to postpone the Ride & Wine ride originally scheduled for this Friday until next week, August 24.  Since there is a 90% chance of rain both here and in the Finger Lakes and due to the recent flooding there, I’ve chosen a location closer to home.  I’m not sure if any of the roads we’re riding are affected by the flooding, but we go through areas of Ovid and Lodi.  If it doesn’t rain, we can ride here at the new location.  The Finger Lakes ride is really nice and would rather not have ...Continue Reading

Moderate to heavy rain has already hit parts of the TT course.  Moderate rains will be hitting the Chestnut Ridge Rd area (first 3 miles of course) around 5:15pm.  It appears that the whole course will be in light rain until at least 7pm.    In addition, some red cells are going to floating through about a mile or two away to the south at the time TTers would be warming up.  That's too close for comfort.  I'm going to call it now.     The Time Trial is cancelled. &n ...Continue Reading
